C.H. Guenther buys Cookietree

C.H. Guenther & Son, a portfolio company of PPC Partners, has acquired Cookietree Bakeries. Financial terms weren’t announced. Cookietree, of Salt Lake City, provides thaw-and-serve cookies, bake-and-serve cookie dough, brownies and scones to quick-service restaurants, fast-casual restaurants, club stores and retailers.
