Cain Capital and Ross Perot Jr. invest in Silent Circle

Silent Circle, a private communications firm, said Wednesday that it has closed $30 million in funding. The investors included Ross Perot Jr. and Cain Capital. In addition to the funding, Silent Circle has appointed Perot and Sir Peter Bonfield to its advisory board. The firm has also named Anurag Jain as vice chairman of the board.
