Carlyle invests in The Nordam Group

Carlyle Group said March 4 that it agreed to invest in The Nordam Group Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. Nordam, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, is an aerospace company that filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in July 2018. Carlyle’s investment will fund Nordam’s exit from Chapter 11. The Siegfried family will retain ownership of the business and continue to lead the company.
