Charterhouse’s Armacell closes buy of Industrial Thermo Polymers

Armacell International S.A. has completed its previously announced add-on acquisition of Industrial Thermo Polymers Ltd, a Brampton, Ontario-based manufacturer of extruded polyethylene foam products. The transaction's value was not released. Armacell, a German insulation materials business, is a portfolio investment of U.K. private equity firm Charterhouse Capital Partners.
