Clearlake-backed Symplr to buy API Healthcare

Symplr, a portfolio company of Clearlake Capital Group LP, said Feb. 20 that it agreed to buy API Healthcare. Financial terms weren’t announced. Veritas Capital is the seller. API, of Hartford, Wisconsin, provides healthcare human capital management software solutions.
