Clearlake invests in OnShift

Clearlake Capital Group LP has invested in OnShift Inc. Ziegler Link•Age and Health Velocity Capital also participated. Financial terms weren’t announced. OnShift, of Cleveland, provides human capital management software for the long-term post-acute care industry. Prior investors include Draper Triangle Ventures, Early Stage Partners, Fifth Third Capital, Glengary LLC, HLM Venture Partners, Jumpstart Inc, North Coast Venture Fund and West Capital Advisors. KeyBanc Capital Markets served as financial adviser to OnShift for this financing round.
