Clearlake sells Mycom OSI to Inflexion Private Equity

Clearlake Capital Group LP has sold Mycom Group Ltd to Inflexion Private Equity. Financial terms weren’t announced. Mycom, which goes to market as MYCOM OSI, is a software company providing service assurance, analytics, and automation solutions to mobile communications service providers. William Blair & Co and Mooreland Partners acted as the financial advisers to Mycom and the selling shareholders.
