Comvest to exit Red Hawk with $317.5 mln sale to ADT

ADT Inc said Oct. 25 that it agreed to buy Red Hawk Fire & Security for $317.5 million cash. Comvest Partners is the seller. Red Hawk designs, installs and monitors commercial fire, life safety and security services. Raymond James is serving as financial adviser to ADT, while Jefferies and Lincoln International advised Red Hawk.
