Conduent to sell Local and Municipal Constituent software business to Avenu

Conduent Inc said Aug. 6 that it agreed to sell its local and municipal constituent government software solutions business to Avenu Insights & Analytics. Financial terms weren’t announced. Avenu is a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital.
