Cordental buys Sirkin & Kruger

Cordental Group, a portfolio company of NMS Capital, said Sept. 21 that it has acquired Sirkin & Kruger. Financial terms weren’t announced. Sirkin & Kruger, of Blue Ash, Ohio, is a dental practice established in 1969 by Dr. Harvey Harris, who retired in 2017. Drs. Marc Sirkin and Derrick Kruger both joined the practice in 1988.
