Cornell Capital buys Spectrum

Cornell Capital LLC has acquired Fairfield, New Jersey-based Spectrum Automotive Holdings Corp, a provider of finance and insurance products for the U.S. automotive market. The seller was Southfield Capital. No financial terms were disclosed.
