Agilitas has made seven new appointments across its transformation, investment, and corporate teams.

Supraj Rajagopalan, co-managing partner, and Alex Leslie, chief operating officer and chief financial officer, have decided to step down from their roles and will be leaving the firm.

Prior to joining AIMCo, Gilmour was Alberta’s deputy minister of executive council for more than five years.

Prieto joined Tailwater in 2021 and Winston came on board in 2018.

These appointments further strengthen the firm’s leadership team and support Main’s continued international growth and ongoing professionalization.

Barthelmes has also been appointed as a member of the board of directors of MRC portfolio company JDC Power Systems.

The office marks its first presence in the Nordics and fifth office globally.
