International Automotive Components Group said Monday that Robert “Steve” Miller is joining the firm as its president, CEO and director effective Aug. 7. Miller joins IAC on July 20. He succeeds James Kamsickas, who has resigned as president, CEO and director, effective August 6. Kamsickas will become the president and CEO of Dana Holding Corp. IAC is a portfolio company of WL Ross & Co.

Delta Risk LLC said Monday that Scott Kaine was named CEO effective immediately. Most recently, Kaine served as president of Cyveillance. San Antonio, Texas-based Delta Risk provides cybersecurity and risk management services to government and private sector clients worldwide. Delta Risk, in April, received a growth capital investment from a group of private equity investors affiliated with The Chertoff Group.

AE Industrial Partners has closed its previously announced buy of Belcan Corp, a Cincinnati-based engineering and technical staffing provider for the aerospace, power generation and industrial sectors. No financial terms were disclosed. Also, David H. Rowe, managing partner of AEI, has been appointed chairman of Belcan while and Lance H. Kwasniewski, president of Belcan Engineering, has been tapped to serve as Belcan’s CEO.

Perry, who joined the RentPath board of directors in February, is the former CEO of AutoTrader.com.
