Harbert Management Corp has acquired Phoenix, Arizona-based High Street, a mixed-use project. Harbert now owns the property in a joint venture with ScanlanKemperBard Companies. The seller was City North Associates LLC, a joint venture between a private investment fund managed by Wayzata Investment Partners LLC and ScanlanKemperBard Companies. Holiday Fenoglio Fowler represented the seller on the transaction and also arranged $93.5 million in financing for the project.
