InfraRed Capital Partners, an investment manager focused on real estate and infrastructure, has raised $685 million for its fourth fund. The limited partners of InfraRed Active Real Estate Fund IV include pension funds, foundations, family offices and fund-of-funds. Atlantic-Pacific Capital was the placement agent for the fund.

The Carlyle Group has sold DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Los Angeles-Westside and an adjacent development parcel to Woodbine Legacy Investments. The price of the transaction was for $151 million. Eastdil Secured was the broker on the deal. Woodbine is planning a $35 million renovation for the hotel, which is set to begin in early 2019.

KKR and IGIS Asset Management have invested in a mixed-use real estate project under development in the Gangnam Business District in Seoul, South Korea. National Pension Service of Korea also invested. The deal is valued at 2.1 trillion South Korean wons ($1.9 billion). The sellers include a consortium led by Daor E&C. The property will consist of prime grade office space, amenity retail space and a five-star hotel.
