The price of the acquisition was $82 million. The property is a mix of single-family houses, patio homes, townhomes and condominiums.

Greystar Real Estate Partners has acquired EdR, a developer, owner and manager of collegiate housing communities. The value of the deal was about $4.6 billion. As a result of the transaction, EdR stopped trading on the New York Stock Exchange. BofA Merrill Lynch served as financial adviser to EdR while J.P. Morgan Securities did likewise for Greystar. JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. provided debt financing for the transaction.

Tikehau Capital is in talks to acquire Sofidy, a real estate asset management firm in France. No financial terms were disclosed. Rothschild & Cie advised Tikehau on the transaction. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of this year.
