Eight Capital, Emso Asset Management buy stake in Ambit Flowers Asset Reconstruction Co

Ambit Capital is selling its stake in Ambit Flowers Asset Reconstruction Co to Eight Capital and Emso Asset Management. Financial terms weren’t announced. Ambit Flowers Asset Reconstruction is backed by J.C. Flowers, which owns 47.5 percent of the company, according to press reports. Once the deal closes, Ambit Flowers Asset Reconstruction Co will be renamed J.C. Flowers Asset Reconstruction Co.
