Equistone Partners buys majority of Omnicare

Equistone Partners Europe said Aug. 14 that it agreed to buy a majority of Omnicare. Financial terms weren’t announced. Omnicare is a pharmaceutical wholesaler operating throughout Germany that distributes products to compounding pharmacies that serve oncological patients across Germany.
