Eureka sells West Academic to Levine Leichtman

Eureka Equity Partners has sold West Academic Publisher to Levine Leichtman Capital Partners. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in St. Paul, Minnesota, West Academic is a provider of legal textbooks, casebooks, study guides and other course-related materials to law school faculty and students. Stifel, Nicolaus & Company Inc was financial adviser to Eureka and West Academic on the transaction.
