Fort Dearborn Co. Buys AC Label

Fort Dearborn Company, which is backed by KRG Capital Partners, has acquired AC Label. Financial terms weren't announced. The deal includes St. Louis Litho and St. Louis Pressure Sensitive. AC Label supplies specialty cut & stack and pressure sensitive labels primarily for the beverage, nutraceutical and spirits markets.
