GFL Environmental acquires solid waste collection and disposal assets

Vaughan, Ontario-based GFL Environmental, a portfolio company of BC Partners and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, has agreed to purchase a portfolio of US-based solid waste collection, transfer, recycling and disposal assets for US$835 million.
