GSC Partners, the US-UK debt investment specialist, has hired four managing directors to enhance the firm’s capital raising and investor relations capabilities.
The new group includes Carl Crosetto, Stanislaw Maliszewski, John Mills and Jeremy Soames.
Crosetto, a member of GSC Partner’s board of advisors, comes from a career at Bowne & Co., a major financial printing house. Maliszewski was a partner at Edgewater Funds, a private equity firm, where he was responsible for client relations. Mills was previously at Mezzacappa Management, a private investment firm. Soames was previously at NN Rothschild Group in London.
GSC Partners, with roughly $7 billion (€5.7 billion) in assets under management, is based in New Jersey, New York and London. The firm is led by Alfred Eckert III, its chairman and chief executive officer.
The firm specialises in distressed debt investments, structured financial products and mezzanine investing in Europe.
