GTCR-backed RevSpring and Apex Revenue Technologies to merge
RevSpring, which is backed by GTCR, and Apex Revenue Technologies have agreed to merge. No financial terms were disclosed. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of this year. When the transaction closes, WestView Capital Partners will exit its stake in Apex. The newly combined company will provide intelligent multi-channel consumer and patient engagement solutions, electronic and printed communications, and billing and payments solutions.
