H-D Advanced Buys iMech

H-D Advanced Manufacturing Co. has acquired Innovative Mechanical Solutions Ltd. and Leading Edge Heat Treatment, which are known as iMech. Financial terms weren't announced. Edmonton, Canada-based iMech designs and make custom bearings for the directional drilling motor industry. The Riverside Company, Hicks Equity Partners and Weinberg Capital Group formed H-D in December.
