H.I.G. Capital closes Lexmark Carpet sale

H.I.G. Capital said Oct. 1 that it closed the sale of Lexmark Carpet Mills Inc to Tarkett SA. Financial terms weren’t announced. Lexmark, of Dalton, Georgia, provides flooring and sports surfaces.
