H.I.G. invests in Digital Ware

H.I.G. Capital LLC said Feb. 12 that it invested in Digital Ware SA. Financial terms weren’t announced. Digital Ware, of Bogotá, Colombia, develops and sells ERP software, payroll human capital management solutions, as well as hospital information systems and business process management applications for business environments.
