Harvest buys Yellowstone from CIVC

Harvest Partners LP has acquired Yellowstone Landscape from CIVC Partners LP. No financial terms were disclosed. Harris Williams served as financial adviser to CIVC and Yellowstone on the transaction while Piper Jaffray and William Blair did likewise for Harvest Partners. Based in Palm Coast, Florida, Yellowstone is a commercial landscaping company.
