Industrial Opportunity Partners closes sale of Toledo Molding & Die

Industrial Opportunity Partners said Oct. 2 that it completed the sale of portfolio company Toledo Molding & Die Inc to Grammer AG. Financial terms weren’t announced. Toledo Molding develops and produces components and systems for automotive interiors as well as suspension driver and passenger seats for onroad and offroad vehicles.
