Innovative Capital acquires Sabreliner Corporation assets

Innovative Capital Holdings' subsidiary Sabreliner Aviation has acquired all the assets of Sabreliner Corporation, a St. Louis based diversified aviation services company. Sabreliner Aviation is operating with a new management team and is headquartered in Perryville, Missouri. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
