Intelligent Global Closes Sale to iGPS Logistics

Intelligent Global Pooling Systems has closed the sale of the company to iGPS Logistics. Financial terms weren't announced. IGPS is a joint venture formed by Balmoral Funds, One Equity Partners, certain of their affiliates, and Jeff and Robert Liebesman. Orlando, Fla.-based Intelligent Global operates a pallet rental service.
