KKR boosts investment in Toorak Capital to $500 mln

Toorak Capital Partners said June 12 that KKR has doubled its investment in the company to $500 million. KKR had initially committed $250 million to Toorak in 2018. Toorak, of Summit, New Jersey, invests in small balance real estate loans throughout the U.S. and the U.K., including single-family rental loans and commercial and residential bridge loans.
