Kohlberg & Co. has acquired Nellson Nutraceutical.Financial terms weren't announced. Irwindale, Calif.-based Nellson develops and makes nutritional bars and functional powders. Jay Novak and Timothy Larsen of Houlihan Lokey provided financial advice to Nellson.
