Kohlberg seeks buyer for Interstate Hotels & Resorts Inc: Bloomberg

Kohlberg & Co has put Interstate Hotels & Resorts Inc on the block in a deal that could fetch $1 billion, Bloomberg said. Kohlberg has hired bankers to seek buyers for the for the third-party hotel management company, the story said.
