Kudu invests in EJF Capital

Kudi Investment Management LLC has made an investment in Arlington, Virginia-based EJF Capital LLC, an alternative asset management firm focused on regulatory event-driven investing within financials and real estate. No financial terms were disclosed. Barclays Capital Inc provided financial advice to EJF while Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson LLP served as legal adviser. And, Seward & Kissel LLP served as legal adviser to Kudu.
