Logibec Groupe Informatique Ltée, a platform company of OMERS Private Equity, has acquired ReaEvolution. Financial terms weren't announced. ReaEvolution, of Quebec, specializes in the development of medical charting and clinical decision support solutions for prehospital and emergency care.
