Mansa Capital closes majority acquisition of Accreon, invests $5.5 mln

Healthcare technology and services business Accreon Inc, which has offices in Boston, Fredericton, New Brunswick and other Canadian cities, has completed its previously announced management buyout. As a result of the deal, U.S. healthcare private equity firm Mansa Capital, which disclosed a US$5.5 million investment in the company, has obtained a controlling interest. Mansa Capital said its partnership with Accreon will help accelerate its growth in the United States and enhance its market position in Canada.
