Marlin Merges Sycamore Networks with Coriant

Marlin Equity Partners said Wednesday that two of its portfolio companies, Sycamore Networks Solutions and Coriant, are merging. Sycamore, which Marlin bought earlier this year, will become Coriant America and remain headquartered in Chelmsford, Mass.
