Micross Components Buys Premier Semi

Micross Components, a portfolio company of Insight Equity Holdings, has acquired nearly all the assets of Premier Semiconductor Services. Financial terms weren't announced. Tempe, Ariz.-based Premier is a certified full-service semiconductor testing facility.
