New Water-backed Myotek buys Amptech

Myotek, a portfolio company of New Water Capital LP, has acquired Amptech Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. Amptech, of Manistee, Michigan, designs, engineers and makes circuit boards and other electronic assemblies for customers in automotive, utility and other industrial end markets and applications.
