NexGen RxMarketing is merging with Meta Pharmaceutical Services, a portfolio company of DFW Capital Partners. Financial terms weren't announced. Bensalem, Pa.-based NexGen is a digital communications provider for the healthcare industry. Meta Pharma, of Blue Bell, Pa., provides outsourced data analysis, analytical tools and non-personal promotional services to the pharmaceutical industry. AdMedia Partners served as financial advisor to NexGen.
