OMERS Private Equity Sells Nordoc

OMERS Private Equity, the private equity arm of OMERS, has sold Nordco to Greenbriar Equity Group. Financial terms weren't announced. Nordco provides highly-engineered equipment, parts and services that ensure the safety, efficiency and function of rail transportation in North America. Robert W. Baird & Co. served as financial advisor to OMERS.
