Ox Engineered buys HomeGuard Building Products

Ox Engineered Products, a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners, has acquired HomeGuard Building Products Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. HomeGuard, of Jacksonville, Florida, makes micro-perforated woven and non-woven polyolefin housewraps. Reed Smith LLP served as legal counsel, while BKD LLP provided transaction advisery services to Wind Point and Ox.
