Paine Schwartz invests in SNFL

Paine Schwartz Partners has made a 30 percent investment into SNFL, a table grape operating company. No financial terms were disclosed. AM FRESH Group, a company focused on fresh food, will continue to retain a majority ownership stake in SNFL. Merrill Lynch's banking team was the financial adviser to AM Fresh on the transaction.
