PayU buys iyzico for $165 mln

PayU has acquired iyzico for $165 million in consideration. iyzico, of Istanbul, Turkey, provides payments to more than 300 marketplace merchants. PayU is the fintech and electronics payment arm of Naspers. FT Partners advised iyzico.
