PE-backed Care Advantages acquires two home care providers
Care Advantage Inc, a portfolio company of BelHealth Investment Partners LLC, has made two Richmond, Virginia-based acquisitions: Paradise Homecare, a provider of in-home skilled nursing services; and A Hopeful Home, a provider of in-home personal care services primarily for the elderly and disabled. No financial terms were disclosed. Also, Care Advantage has closed its buyout of its joint venture with Jefferson Area Board For Aging.
