PE-backed DirectPath and Flores & Associates merge
DirectPath, a provider of personalized benefits education, health care transparency and compliance solutions, has merged with Flores & Associates, an administrator of tax-advantaged consumer directed health plans and COBRA/retiree billing administration. No financial terms were disclosed. Michael Byers, current CEO of DirectPath, will become CEO of the newly combined company. DirectPath and Flores & Associates are portfolio companies of Century Partners.
