PE-backed Hub acquires PDF

Hub International Limited, a global insurance brokerage, has acquired Toronto-based PDF Financial Group Inc, an independent brokerage offering consulting and outsourcing services for employee benefit programs, human resources and related financial advice. No financial terms were disclosed. Hub is backed by Altas Partners and Hellman & Friedman.
