PE-backed Ideal-Tridon makes two acquisitions

Ideal Tridon, a portfolio company of Snow Phipps Group, has acquired Clamp and Campbell Fittings. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in Milan, Italy, Clamp is a maker of clamps for the industrial aftermarket in Europe while Boyertown, Pennsylvania-based Campbell Fittings is a provider of various fittings and couplings that are used in the industrial hose and water well industries.
