PE-backed OSG buys AppRev

OSG Billing Services, a portfolio company of Aquiline Capital, has acquired Temple, Texas-based Applied Revenue Analytics, a provider of healthcare IT and business intelligence solutions for hospitals and health systems. No financial terms were disclosed. Greenberg Advisors provided financial advice to AppRev on the deal.
