PinHigh Capital Partners has invested in Sullivan and Sons Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. Sullivan and Sons manufactures and remanufactures control valves. It also distributes instrumentation used for liquid and gas flow control within industrial applications. Carr, Riggs & Ingram Capital Advisors LLC (CRI Capital Advisors) provided financial advice to Sullivan.
